In the photo, I am holding a growing tray of Basic Salad Mix microgreens, the "somewhat spicy" of the two salad mixes that I grow and sell at the Aiken County Farmers Market. 🌱
Basic Salad Mix microgreens contain these seedlings:
- Arugula,
- Broccoli,
- Red Acre Cabbage,
- Kale, and
- Purple Vienna Kohlrabi.
This mix has the following nutrients:
- beta-carotenes;
- calcium;
- iron; and
- Vitamins C, E, and K.
This morning (Saturday, May 16) I have the following microgreens while supplies last:
- Basic Salad Mix;
- Spicy Salad Mix; and
- Speckled Pea.
