Sunflower microgreens are a definite winner for those seeking to eat healthfully! 🏆
These nutrient-dense powerhouses have been described as vibrant, robust, and intensely green. 💚
Sunflower microgreens can take any salad to the next level and I have used them as a complete replacement for lettuce under egg salad and tuna salad. 🥗
In the photo, I am holding a Live Grow Tray of Sunflower microgreens, which:
- are my "sturdiest" (as opposed to "delicate") microgreens; 📈
- have a crunchy, nutty, "earthy" flavor; 😋
- contain calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and Vitamins A, B complex, D and E; and 💪
