Description: Ham, cheese and Speckled Pea microgreens sandwich with lettuce and tomato — and half-apple on the side.

Vicki put more microgreens on this sandwich than she has put on other sandwiches in the past.

The microgreens added crunch beyond what the lettuce provided!

This not only looked tasty, it was tasty!
